Good to know. I’ve shopped there for years and they have my name/address on file but they VERY rarely send anything in the mail and I’ve never seen anything that looks like this coupon- usually I just get what they drop in my bag in the store.

I’m not sure if they enforce it but it says it’s only good at the store listed on the coupon. There isn’t one at the top as it says but there is an Ohio store listed at the bottom.

I believe that is where their corporate address is at. My local bath and body works is in Utah, and I’m sure they know that since I get mailers in the mail as well. However, whenever I get online coupons to my e-mail, they have the Ohio address, so I”m pretty sure it’s a corporate address.
