Yoplait Yogurt is a staple in our home. If you were to open my fridge, you would almost always find it in there. I love that it is really creamy, comes in regular, light, whips, and more. It tastes delicious and is good for you too!

Did You Know?

  • 76% of the population is falling short of getting enough vitamin D; and 72% of the population is not getting enough calcium in their diets*
  • Consuming calcium and vitamin D during childhood and adolescence can help reduce risk of fractures in adulthood

Eating a balanced diet and exercise is definitely important to a healthy lifestyle and Yoplait understands that.

My Blog Spark recently sent me a “Get Strong and Healthy” gift pack. It included yoplait yogurt, a yoga mat, and Nancy O’Dell’s Book “Full of Life.” I love the book by Nancy O’Dell. It leads you through her journey of pregnancy and offers mom to be tips. It was funny how much I could relate to what she was feeling.
Here’s a little clip about Nancy O’Dell and how she stays healthy.
