Yoplait Yogurt is a staple in our home. If you were to open my fridge, you would almost always find it in there. I love that it is really creamy, comes in regular, light, whips, and more. It tastes delicious and is good for you too!

my favorite active hobby with my family is walking to the lake. we live on a street that dead ends at lake erie. i walk while wearing my youngest, my next two walk and my oldest rides his bike. my husband either walks or skateboards.

The best way me and my family stay active is by playing together! With my boys I get a good workout just by chasing them around all day and having fun. We also like to take walks together!

My favorite way to stay active is by teaching aerobics (8 months pregnant) at my church every morning and my kids come and run around the gym with the other kids.

We love to go on walks in the summertime. In the winter it is a lot harder, cause the sidewalks are so wonderful in Rigby, but we still enjoy it in the summer.
