Who doesn’t love ice cream?  I could sit and eat it half the day but when it’s all said and done I must admit, I feel a bit guilty.  With The Skinny Cow, I don’t feel that way.  Skinny Cow’s low fat ice cream is also low in calories, but does not sacrifice taste at all.

We’ve tried the cones and bars in our house so far. The vanilla with caramel cone has only 150 calories, and only 3 grams of fat. Last night we also tried the Skinny Dippers in Vanilla and Mint. At only 80 calories, it’s guilt free. Skinny Cow definitely has a creamy and rich taste.

Cake Idea
Skinny Cow Ice Cream bars offer a great alternative to cake at any party. Below is an example of a Baby Shower “cake” used their ice cream bars. I’ve made an ice cream cake before using ice cream bars and nonfat whipped topping. If you’d like a spin on the cake below, ice it with whipped topping and freeze for a few hours before serving. That way you get the delicious skinny cow ice cream with a traditional cake look.
