Bed bugs can come into your home a number of ways. Maybe you’ve gone on vacation and stayed in a hotel. Maybe you live in an apartment complex and your neighbor is carrying one on their clothes. Or maybe an animal brings one into your home.
They like to hide in warm places and come out at night. Mattresses are a great place for them to hide. They actually feed on human blood, which means they can come out and feed on you at night.

Pros: We received a crib sized AllergyLuxe for Rowan’s crib. I really like that it zips around the entire mattress. That way you know it is completely protected. The zipper actually has a security feature that is patent pending so that bed bugs can not get in. The material is a thin polyester/microfiber that is extremely soft. It washes up nicely as well. With a lifetime warranty, it is a nice investment.

Cons: It’s hard to really pick out the cons when we haven’t had actual experience with bed bugs. (I’m glad for that one!) But it is nice having piece of mind about the whole situation.
I can imagine that the price may be a con for some, as a twin sized cover retails for $59.99 and the King sized cover goes for $99.99. However, with a lifetime warranty, it almost seems irrelevant.
