Build-a-bear-logo If you are looking for a unique gift for a child in your life this holiday season, Build a Bear might be exactly what you are looking for. My hubby actually made me a build a bear over 7 years ago and I still have it. The meaning behind it was cute and it was a really thoughtful present. (And I was even 19 at the time.)

Build a Bear’s Mission
As taken from the build a bear website:
At Build-A-Bear Workshop®, our mission is to bring the Teddy Bear to life. An American icon, the Teddy Bear brings to mind warm thoughts about our childhood, about friendship, about trust and comfort, and also about love. Build-A-Bear Workshop embodies those thoughts in how we run our business everyday.

Something for Everyone
Build a Bear sent us this adorable Slumber Style Scruffy Puppy outfitted in Star Wars attire. Perfect for my 4 year old who readily recognizes and knows Star Wars.  It’s amazing how something like Star Wars pajamas can make a toy that much more cool. And it doesn’t just stop there. Build a Bear has a whole Star Wars line ranging from Darth Vador to Jedi Knights.

If you have a Build a Bear close to you, I suggest you go in to get the full experience. You are able to choose your bear or animal, and customize it with clothing, accessories, and sounds. We have one about a half hour away and I’m excited to take my boys in next time we are up there.  I also noticed that they have an adorable holiday line right now which is definitely worth checking out.
