Healthier Options for Eating Out
Our family enjoys eating out. It takes the hassle out of having to prepare a meal, and it’s always fun to sit down together in a different setting. Let’s face it though, eating out isn’t always healthy. More often than not, it really isn’t. We all enjoy eating at Subway, and I love knowing it is really good for us. We recently headed out to Subway for dinner and to try one of their new melts. It was funny to see my 4 year old recognize the logo when we pulled up. Needless to say he was really excited because he loves Subway.
I opted for the new Chicken Cordon Bleu melt which was really yummy, hubby had a BLT, Chan had fresh fit kid’s meal with Turkey and chocolate milk, and Rowan just ate whatever he could get his hands on.
Needless to say, we all left full and happy without that guilty feeling that we didn’t eat well.

I am obsessed with Subway…I eat it all the time! The closest one to my house is just 5 minutes away. I always get a 6 inch turkey on honey oat.

The closest Subway to me is at Ottawa and Fennell Ave. It’s about a 10 minute walk. My favorite is the Meatball Marinara! Thanks for this nice giveaway.

well the closest subway to my is on transcanada highway in duncan bc , about a 5 min walk for me which is great as i love subway
my favorite sandwhich is the teryakik chicken , i put sweet onion sauce on it and honey mustard sauce and swiss cheese, OMG i am soo hungry now
