General Mills Cereals
If you were to take a peek inside my cupboards at any given time you would definitely find one of three cereals; Cookie Crisp, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or Honey Nut Cheerios. Both of my boys would be content to eat cereal for every meal, the love it so much.

Less Sugar
General Mills cereals are packed with whole grain, and essential vitamins and minerals. And, if that isn’t awesome enough, they’ve made a commitment to further reduce sugar in cereals so that each cereal is in the single digits when it comes to cereal. Honey Nut Cheerios already has only 9 grams of sugar per serving which is great for a cereal that has such a great sweet taste that our whole family loves.

Thanks to My Blog Spark and General Mills, we were given coupons for General Mills cereals. I have a hard time getting Rowan, my 2 year old to eat sometimes. That isn’t the case with cereal as you can see below.

Most Important Meal
You’ve often heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and indeed it is. Why not make a bowl of whole grain cereal a part of your breakfast routine? Here are a few statistics about cereal:

* Ready-to-eat cereals, including presweetened cereals, account for only 5% of sugar in children´s diets.

* Ready-to-eat cereal is the No. 1 source of whole grains in a child´s diet today.

* More frequent cereal eaters tend to have healthier body weights and lower Body Mass Index measures.

The product buzzed about in this article was a sample provided to me by My Blog Spark and General Mills. I was provided with 4 coupons for free cereal in return for my time and blog post. Two of those coupons are being used for giveaway purposes. These views and opinions are my own and I was not compensated by this review.
