Do you have those toys that your kids just play with nonstop and never seem to tire of? We started collecting the Take Along Thomas sets about 2 years ago, and now have 5 different sets. Both the boys love Thomas and could spend hours playing trains.

Trains or choo choos as they call it around here, seem to be a classic toy that’s loved by both boys and girls. I know my kids love playing with train sets too. I’m so glad he enjoys his choo choos!

Jordan would definitely be jealous. He is really into Thomas and trains! He’s getting a couple Thomas toys for his birthday but those would definiltey be fun to collect.

I bought my oldest grandson some Thomas for his 3rd B-day, as we couldn’t make the trip. so I ordered online, found a set with a birthday Thomas you could personalize and I ordered another to go with, a caboose I think… my grandfather worked on the railroad, so did hubby’s dad & hubby for a short time, so I thought it would be a bit of family history… when we got up there for Xmas ( a few weeks later) was I disappointed in how small they were for the $$! they did have them up on his armoire(how the heck do you spell it??), but eventually they came down to play with.. other relatives bought more, but there are so many sizes! last Xmas I bought a set, that was plastic & larger trains… but his little brother is a little to rough with it , I wonder if it still works??? But they love Thomas!

Reminds me of a set I had 5x umm 4x umm a long time ago, as a child, that my son also played with. And then there were Legos. And (hate to admit) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – him, not me.

Anything with trucks is a fave with my boys … they don’t really have a particular toy per say but they can’t live without stealing Mama’s laundry baskets and racing them!

I’ve been trying to get my son interested in GeoTrax since there are so many different sets but he’s still lukewarm. Love that spiral path on the one in the picture- looks like he’s having a great time with it!
