Wordless Wednesday – Vacation

Far from Wordless, but I can’t help it this week. Last week, we spent the entire week on vacation. We had our first sibling family reunion on the coast in Oregon. I come from a family of 6 kids, and I love it. I’m the 2nd youngest and since we are all grown and spread out, it makes sense for us to do a reunion. We rented this beautiful home for 22 of us, and were literally 100 steps from the ocean. I’m so glad to have such an amazing family. We all have great relationships and get along well. I’m sad that it’s over, but we created so many fun memories. These pictures are a few of my favorites.

Tiff is the creator of Babes and Kids. She has two little boys, Chandler (5) and Rowan (3). She works part time as a clerk in an ER, and is currently studying Ultrasound in school, so there is never a dull moment. She loves writing and connecting with other moms, spending her days with little boys, being a wife, running, swimming, and shopping.

I bet he will have some great memories from that weekend. I hope you have many more! I only had 2 cousins on my moms side & I hear from there mom, but we rarely get together since my gran & my mom passed away in the same year. My sons both moved too, so they do have contact /cousins ect via internet it’s not the same as in person.

I am the oldest of 5 kids. I bet we will have to have reunions someday too. So far since I am the oldest I am the only one with kids and the younger ones are still in college. But someday I know we will get together like this. What a fun memory!

I’m sure it was hard for my mom when we were young, but I absolutely love having so many siblings. I don’t know that I could have the patience for 6 kids though.
