Yoplait Yum
Yoplait has been coming out with some fabulous dessert type treats lately. I usually buy the delights for an indulgent treat that I don’t have to feel guilty about, and the new Yoplait Splitz are right along those lines. All of the deliciousness without the guilt. While they are geared a bit more towards kids, and Rowan really likes them, I think they are the perfect snack/treat for mom as well.

Nutrition Information
I said above that Splitz are a guilt free snack, so I wanted to give you a rundown on the nutrition information. Splitz come in three different flavors:

  • Rainbow Sherbet
  • Strawberry Banana Split
  • Strawberry Sundae

We’ve tried the Strawberry Banana Split. They were around 90 calories and included 10-15% of your daily value of Vitamin A, D, Calcium and Phosphorus. It’s incredibly creamy and dense, and tastes much more indulgent than regular yogurt, so it’s awesome to see the vitamins that it still contains.  I hear these are fabulous frozen as well.
