Yoplait Light
It’s the first of the year, and many people are making goals. As cliche as it might be to make goals at the first of the year, I believe it’s commendable to make the initiative and set a goal. Yoplait wants to be a part of your success, and has created the Yoplait 2 Week Tune Up plan. I am excited to see Yoplait implementing this plan. I’m a bit of a yogurt snob, and have tried other brands, but they just don’t compare to the taste and quality of Yoplait in my opinion. Because I already eat Yoplait on a daily basis, I was interested to see what the plan entailed.
Two Week Tune Up
Yoplait’s Two Week Tune Up Could Help you Lose Up to 5 lbs in 2 week by:
- Replacing your breakfast and lunch with a Yoplait Light yogurt, a whole grain, and a fruit
- Eating a diet rich in lean protein and non-fat dairy, including a sensible dinner, beverages, and snacks
- Walking 30-40 minutes daily
After looking at these simple steps, I decided to take on the initiative myself. Realistically, I am pretty much at my goal weight. I have a healthy BMI and stay pretty active. Sure, my body has changed, and I’m about 5-10 lbs heavier than when I got married, but I feel good about my weight and self image.
The thing for me is eating correctly so that I don’t get tired and crash, and being sensible about my choices. Being that I’m already quite active, I decided to focus on replacing my breakfast with Yoplait, whole grain, and fruit instead of opting for something fried or skipping breakfast all together. I’ve noticed how much better and alert I feel when my diet is filled with items that I should be taking into my body. I also love knowing that the light yogurt is only 100 calories, has 0 grams of fat, and includes 20% of my daily value of calcium and vitamin D. I also love the Orange Creme flavor and can’t get enough, it’s almost like a treat for me!
The 2 week challenge has been successful in giving me more energy, and I bet it would give you more energy and the weight loss you’re looking for if you follow the simple steps in the bullet points above.

Yes, I actually do have a wedding coming up and would love some motivation 🙂 I’m trying to eat healthier and exercise at least 4 days a week for 30min – 1hour with strength training and cardio. Thanks for the opportunity 🙂
