Say Cheese!
If you were to take a peek into our refrigerator at this very moment, you would find no shortage of cheese. 2 blocks, string, sliced and shredded cheese is actually what I have in there right now. We use cheese as a snack on crackers or with apples, as a part of dinner, in eggs for breakfast. It’s one thing that my boys ask for on a daily basis. One brand that I’m definitely familiar with is Tillamook. Every local grocer in my area carries Tillamook cheese, and I’m definitely a fan of the baby loaf, the sharp cheddar is one of my favorites. Great cheese, super smooth, doesn’t crumble. I also like to buy the Tilla-Moos for my boys which are individually packaged little pieces of cheese.

Right now, Tillamook is touring Texas handing out samples of their delicious Tillamook cheese. If you live in Texas, you might want to watch for Luke and Dale, who are driving the Tillamook Baby loaf bus and offering samples to all they come in contact with. Here is a short clip of one of their adventures:

I can’t help but like Luke and Dale, these clips are actually kind of funny. I know I had a smile on my face the entire time while watching. Here’s another clip, definitely worth watching.

I wouldn’t mind going for a ride on the baby loaf bus, doesn’t it look cool? Do you have Tillamook cheese where you live or have you ever tried it? If so, what did you think?

I LOVE Tillamook cheese! We toured the factory when I lived in Oregon, and have been hooked ever since! Now we are in Cali, and hope the cheese van comes here for a visit!!! By the way, we never have less than 2+ lbs of Tillamook cheese in our fridge at any given time. Any less and we begin to panic. YUM!

Love Tillamook cheese, but then again, I am an Oregonian and it is just a few hours up the road, on the coast. I always make a point of going to the factory when we are traveling North on 101. I love their icecream… yum, yum, YUM! Also a big fan of the pepperjack.
