Quick Home Workouts
Working out doesn’t have to take hours a day. In fact, you can do it at home with quick home workouts. I prefer working out at home, it definitely saves time! Any effort put in is better than none. With the new year upon us and being a busy mom, I’ve been pinning some short workouts that I’ve found effective, and even came up with my own cardio abs short workout.  You can also check out my Simple and Quick at home workouts to give you even more ideas. It’s only 10 minutes long and believe me, you will feel the burn! When doing quick home workouts like these, I usually will refuel with Core Protein Shakes like these. They taste smooth and are quick!

A great idea for these quick home workouts would be to print them out and put them where you can see them on a regular basis. You can also pin them for later on a fitness board if you aren’t able to print them right away. When you do print them out, you will be more likely to do them in a pinch.  Another good idea is to do a circuit or round of exercises during commercial breaks while you are watching tv.  However you decide to workout, just do it! A little can really go a long way if you are willing to put in the work.  Good luck with your New Year’s Resolutions and on your fitness journey.

    I must say that quick workouts can be a bit exhausting, but the results you will get are totally amazing.

    These are all great for elevating the heart rate. I would try and vary these exercises so that more planes of motion are involved and new neuromuscular connections are made. So with squats, try varying the foot positions- turn one foot in and place it wide for example. Or for Jump squats, try and get a rotational jump in there. This stimulates more proprioceptors and gets your muscles reacting in different ways!
