It’s no secret that I love to exercise. My favorite way to unwind is running, and if you’ve been following me for the last few months, you know I’m running my second marathon next week. (Eeek!) I’ve got a mix of emotions going into the race, but I’ve still got a week and a half of training. My training schedule had me cross training at least once a week. Yoga For Runners is a great way to cross train. I’m always sore in places I didn’t know existed the day after. It’s also a way to channel my focus and reflect on the rest of my training. It gets me to a happy place.

September is national Yoga month! Whether you’re an experienced yoga master, or a newbie looking to explore it, yoga is a great way to get fit and focused.     I have always wanted to be consistent with Yoga. I am terrible with balance! I didn’t know about Athleta.. Looks very very nice though!

    Your photos were great! I use yoga because it helps me with my painful back! It is a good way to stretch out my muscles, and it really does make me feel more limber! I really like yoga!
