The Untold Stories of Motherhood
The day you find out your are pregnant, your whole world changes. You might be ready, you might not be. You might find yourself in a situation to take care of a child, or not. I can vividly recall each time I found out I was pregnant, of course this last time being most fresh in my mind. The emotion and gratitude I feel is always overwhelming. I am so excited to welcome our little girl into the world in a few short months.

Because I am a mom, other women’s stories of pregnancy, adoption, struggles, ups and downs, labors, etc are always fascinating to me. I’m sure that as many of you who read are moms, you can probably relate to how I feel. Oxygen’s series “I’m Having Their Baby” is returning for a second season. I didn’t know much about the show before reading and watching the video below, but I will definitely try to tune in after hearing what it is about.  It is a docu-short series with this season highlighting the untold stories of motherhood, specifically adoption.   Listening to these stories is an eye opener and pretty amazing in many ways. Watch the video below to see some of these untold stories.

Adoption is definitely a beautiful thing.  I’ve had many friends who have adopted and have known others who have given babies up for adoption.  I’m Having Their Baby, season 2 premiers Wednesday, June 12 at 10 PM ET/PT on Oxygen. My husband would both love to adopt a child some day. We’re definitely done having our own kids after this one.

I don’t think I can watch this. Too emotional for me! Even though I have no personal experience with adoption, I still don’t think I can watch!
