New Improved Pampers in Stores
It’s no secret that our family loves Pampers diapers. They’ve always been what has worked best for us and it’s exciting to see that Pampers continues to improve upon an already great product.
Pampers are now three times drier than ordinary diapers, which means greater performance overnight. This is definitely something that I can appreciate with a little one in diapers. With up to 12 hours of overnight protection and the Pampers absorb away liner, babies can sleep better. The absorb away liner is also now longer, which means up to 20% more protection in the back.
As a mom of a girl, I can definitely appreciate more protection up the back. My boys diapers were always wet in the back, but having a little girl is different. I notice that when she sleeps, the bulk of her wetness is in the back so we need the coverage. She has yet to leak out of a Pampers Swaddler.
Speaking of the Swaddlers, they are now available up to size 5. My babies have all been big and have grown out of the swaddlers quite quickly. Nova is about ready to move up to a size 2 and she’s only 5 weeks old. I like knowing that she can stay in the quilted softness of the swaddlers for even longer now. I love how they are soft to the touch and how baby is swaddled in them. Plus, the Sesame Street designs are super cute as you can see below.
At 5 weeks old, Nova is still sleeping the bulk of the day. I’d say she spends up to 20 hours of the day snoozing so I need her to be comfortable in a diaper that will keep her dry. When she feels dry and comfortable, she tends to sleep longer periods which means more sleep for hubby and me! Interesting fact:
By the age of 24 months, an average child will have spent more time asleep than all other waking activities combined! Sleep occupies about a third of our life in total butproportionately much more of a child’s life; sleeping is a child’s primary activity. By the time an average child has gone to school they will have spent more time sleeping than engaging in any other activity, including playing, exploring their world, interacting with others or any other of the important activities which constitute a child’s life. (Source: Mindell & Owens, 2003).
Because babies and toddlers spend so much time sleeping, it’s important that they get quality sleep and Pampers will help them do that.
Not only have there been improvements made to the swaddlers line, but also to the cruisers, baby dry, easy ups and sensitive wipes. The sensitive wipes are actually 20% thicker now which make diaper changing easier.
