A few months ago, I gave you a peek at Nova’s nursery. I showed you the cute wall with the trees that my sister and had painted. Then I showed you Nova’s Fisher Price Kingsport Crib. Just before she was born, we finished up the nursery, minus a shelf that needed some things on it.
A big part of her nursery is really the crib. The room itself is actually really small and so I wanted the crib and the bedding to really be the highlight. With the custom made bedding that my mom made and the beautiful details and snow white color of the Kingsport crib, it makes the impact that I really wanted for the room.
I made a video so you could get a closer look around the nursery and you’ll also get a peek of our sweet Nova! It’s simple and feminine and turned out exactly how I had envisioned.
One thing that I really love about the Fisher Price Kingsport crib is just how affordable and versatile it is. I looked at a lot of different cribs while we were putting together the nursery and one of them that I liked was close to $800. I knew I wouldn’t be spending that much on the crib so I was pleasantly surprised with how durable it is for a crib that is only $250. You can purchase the Fisher Price Crib at Walmart. I wanted to also add that I finished the wall with the two shelves just this week. I had some of her newborn pictures printed up and they added a nice touch to the shelves and wall.
What is your favorite part about Nova’s nursery?
