Thomas’ Snack Ideas

I was able to try out 3 yummy products made by Thomas’ recently.  We tried the plain mini bagels, the whole wheat bagel thins, and the English muffins!  They were all so yummy and didn’t last long at our house.

Bagels are something I usually have on hand because it’s something our whole family likes.  We normally have it for breakfast or a snack with some cream cheese on it. We tried out a pizza recipe with the mini bagels that was quick, easy, and delicious!  You can find the recipe below.  It was definitely a hit with my kids and something I’ll be using for an after school snack!

Quick & Easy Pizza Bagels
Serves: 1

Ingredients
  • 1 Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagel, split
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3-5 pepperoni slices, halved
Instructions
  1. Turn on oven to broiler setting. On a baking tray, place the split Thomas’ Plain Mini Bagel with the cut sides facing up. Spread tomato sauce on each Mini Bagel half and sprinkle each half with cheese. Add pepperoni halves. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.

With the bagel thins I made a sandwich for lunch that was so yummy!  Just added some lunch meat, cheese, a little mayo, and mustard and I was done!  It was also great knowing it was 100% whole wheat and only 110 calories per serving.  🙂  The English muffins my family devoured for breakfast with a little butter and honey on them.  I was very impressed with all of the Thomas’ product we tried.  The quality was great and they were all fresh and delicious.  Give them a try!
