Bacon Ranch Burger Recipe
With summer officially in full swing, that means grilling season is officially here. We have been actively grilling since mid May and I’m constantly on the lookout for good recipes. Often times, I am guilty of buying pre-made hamburgers and while they are good, a lot of times they lack flavor and tend to be dry.
Best Foods has a delicious recipe that incorporates real mayonnaise, their Best Ever Juicy Burgers. The recipes uses ground beef, mayonnaise, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. After being given the task to revamp it and make it my own, I came up with something pretty fantastic. I swapped out the onion soup mix with a packet of ranch seasoning and they were so so good. I added some fresh veggies and bacon and it was basically a flavor explosion. The mayo in it made the burger really juicy too and locks in moisture while you are grilling.
