When it comes to workout clothing, particularly great clothing for running, I just can’t resist. I have two big drawers full of workout clothing and it’s something that I can never get enough of. Tommie Copper has quickly become a staple when it comes to deciding what to wear to run, and I find myself going for those pieces more often than not. Tommie Copper recently launched their spring line with lots of great choices for warm weather running.
During the summer months, I gravitate towards shorts. They keep me cooler and give my legs freedom. When I do longer runs, I have a tendency to chafe in between my legs so I usually end up having to use some sort of product before I go on a long run. After running many times with the Tommie Copper Journey Compression shorts, it’s nice to not have to worry about chafing. Because it is a compression short, it’s tight against the thigh and leg, thus preventing chafing.
The fit of these shorts is like a glove and they are true to size. I’m 5’9″ and currently 146 lbs, wearing a medium. The Journey short is a patented 4D compression short, which promoted oxygen to the leg. This provides better recovery and less soreness and stiffness. It has the Tommie Copper Znergy fabric which you will find in their other products as well. It helps with odor protection and moisture wicking. I also love the length on these shorts and didn’t have any problems with them riding up or down. The stay put and are comfortable! Watch the video below to see how they fit and work.
Tommie Copper Journey Compression shorts retail for $44.50. You can save $15 on every two pair that you buy which is also an excellent deal!
Have you ever tried compression wear when working out?
