Growing up, I always heard the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I definitely believe it. I know how much more focused and motivated I am for the day when I have a good meal first thing in the morning. I want that same focus for my kids as they play, learn and go about their day. As my kids get older, they are also wanting to help in the kitchen. My eleven year old makes a mean cheese omelet and is starting to explore making other foods. When Saturday morning rolls around, he’s happy to help out. It can get a little messy in the kitchen, and that’s where Bounty comes into play. Cleanup is quick and fun with new limited edition Bounty Prints Featuring Disney Frozen. There were no shortage of squeals when it came to my three year old and these new prints. She must have pointed out Olaf five time to me on the Disney Frozen napkins.  She was also anxious to help clean up and “accidentally” spilled some water so that she could use an Olaf napkin to clean it up.

My kids love to help out in the kitchen, so we decided to make and share a recipe that will keep everyone in the family going all day long. Whether they are in for a long day of princess pretend, crafts, school or outdoor play, they will be set. These protein packed pancakes only have 3 ingredients which makes it the perfect recipe for kids.  My son can measure out all of the ingredients, blend them up, and cook them on the griddle.  After making the pancakes, you simply top them with fresh berries and a little bit of whipped topping for a delicious and fun breakfast. Making pancakes with kids can get messy, but the memories are fun and worth it.  We were were glad to have our Bounty Prints on hand for spills and drips.

Protein Pancakes 3 Ingredients

After we made our berry pancakes, we sat down to eat.  My three year old was quite the character.  She loved the protein pancakes, and she especially liked blowing bubbles in her milk.  She made quite the mess and wanted to use her Elsa paper towel to clean it up.

Bounty is 2x more absorbent vs. the leading ordinary brand, so we had her milk bubbles cleaned up in a breeze!  Being that they are more absorbent, it means that you have to use less which is so nice. We’ve had bounty paper towels in our home for many years and it’s a brand I’ve come to know and trust.   The designs are an added bonus and would make for a great addition to a Frozen themed birthday party.

With messes and spills behind them and a full tummy, your kids will be ready to take on anything life hands them.

Those pancakes look so good. Plus, I like that the fruit and whipped cream makes it healthier than adding syrup to them. Yummy, I must try these.

I swear, no matter what brands of papertowels we try we always come back to Bounty! With 2 boys (and a husband) there are plenty of messes to clean up on the regular, so we need something that actually absorbs. Those pancakes look so yummy!
