Broccoli & Brussel Sprouts Casserole

A delicious side dish casserole featuring brussel sprouts and broccoli
  • -1 large head of broccoli, cut into pieces
  • -1 dry pint Brussel sprouts, cut in halves
  • -1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • -1 cups parmesan cheese, ½ cup reserved
  • -1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • -3 Tablespoons Country Crock
  • -1 cup seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs
  1. Boil Broccoli & Brussel Sprouts for 5 minutes, or until crisp/tender
  2. Drain and mix together in bowl with soup, ½ cup parmesan cheese and onion.
  3. Spread mixture into 9x13 casserole pan
  4. Over low heat, mix butter and panko bread crumbs
  5. Cook until bread crumbs are slightly browned
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs over casserole
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
