Pistachio Mint Pudding Pie
  • 1 3.5 oz box Pistachio Pudding
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 1½ cups cool whip
  • 15 Andes Mints, chopped
  • 1 Premade Chocolate Graham Crust
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  1. In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, milk, whipped topping and half of the Andes Mints.
  2. Pour into chocolate crust
  3. Freeze for 2 hours or until desired firmness is obtained
  4. Use remaining cool whip to top pie
  5. Sprinkle with remaining Andes Mints
