A protein packed pancake with only 3 ingredients!
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 6 eggs
  • *mixed berries and whipped topping for garnish
  1. Preheat griddle to medium heat
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender
  3. Cook on the griddle, flipping when each side is golden
  4. Garnish pancake with mixed berries and whipped topping
