Slow Cooker Chili

- 1 lb ground beef (I use 93% lean)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans, with liquid
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can white beans, drained
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- green onions, chopped
- shredded cheese
- Brown beef, garlic and onion in skillet until no longer pink.
- Place beef in slow cooker and add all other ingredients except green onions and shredded cheese
- Stir, cover and cook on low for 8 hours
- Garnish with green onions and shredded cheese
